Marmitako salmon
Traditional dish of Spanish cuisine Marmitaco is a vegetable stew with the addition of fish, usually tuna. Can also be cooked with other meaty fish, such as salmon.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    800 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Pepper green

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Paprika sweet

    20 g

  • Parsley

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Required products (shown here in 2 servings, the ingredients are given for 4).

Onion and pepper cut into cubes.

Fry onion and pepper in frying pan, add a little oil for 5 minutes.

Potatoes, tomatoes and peel the garlic. Cut the potatoes in large cubes, garlic and tomato chop.

Add to the pan the vegetables and paprika, fry for 3 minutes.

Add the broth, salt and pepper and boil for 20 minutes, until soft potatoes.

Salmon cut into small pieces.

Add salmon and cook for 4 minutes.

Before switching off add the parsley.

I love that there is a lot of sauce, but it is optional. At the end add a little heat to the broth boiled away.
