Fish meatballs in creamy mustard sauce
Tender, juicy meatballs from white fish "haddock" in a fragrant sauce with addition of fresh greens perfectly blended with mashed potatoes and together form a very tasty, hearty lunch.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Crumb bread

    50 g

  • Green onions

    15 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Fish fillets to mince, add chopped onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Knead well minced.

From minced fish to form wet hands small balls (walnut size), place on a Board and put into the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the meatballs on both sides until Golden brown,

For the sauce, mix cream, mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, squeezed through press the garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Sauce evenly pour the meatballs and bake under a lid in a preheated 180 °C oven for 15 minutes.

Garnish the meatballs well served boiled rice, buckwheat porridge is very tasty with mashed potatoes. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh green onions.
