Flounder with Cheese Sauce. We continue our culinary investigation! Fish turns out very juicy, tender and spicy! And the sauce on the basis of dry white wine raises this dish to a higher level!

Cooking
Take a fillet of flounder and

sprinkle with slices of fried mushrooms.
Put in the oven to brown for 5-7 minutes. Serve!
