Description
Shipuden is Eastern meat rolls, several kinds of meat and fish, or meat with meat cooked on the coals. Today I want to treat You to a very simple shipuden-rolls of beef with minced meat cooked at home.

Cooking
For this recipe it is best, of course, to use the clipping. But I have well prepared a simple beef fillet. Coarsely grind onions (it will have to marinate the meat). Meat cut into layers. Each layer, chop it well.
Put meat in a bowl, pour onions and herbs-spices to taste (I have a tarragon and Bay leaf). Generously pour olive oil and leave to marinate for three to four hours (or overnight in the fridge). You can marinade lightly salt at this stage. I salt when frying.
Included to warm up the oven to 200град. Boil until cooked rice from TM "Mistral" parboiled long-grain "Indica gold" bags (in boiling salted water for 30min.).
On each slice of meat put a bit of stuffing and roll rolls. Cut them into serving rings at 3-4 cm.
Strung on a pre-soaked in water the bamboo sticks.
Fry in a griddle pan (or normal) over high heat with minimal oil. It is possible for a scent to put in the oil rosemary. Mmm, the aroma is simply stunning...
Put a few minutes in a hot oven for a little walk. And serve with bright greens, tomatoes, rice and a delicious hearty sauce
