Cupcake
Very tasty, light and fluffy orange cake.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Orange

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    8 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

We need the ingredients.

Separate the whites from the yolks.

Whisk whites with sugar until education resistant foam.

Whisk the egg yolks with the oil.

Add the yolks to the whipped proteins and gently stir.

To the resulting mass add the flour and gently stir with a spatula, so as not to ruin the foam.

Add fresh orange juice and stir until a homogeneous mass.

Divide the dough into two molds for baking cupcakes, and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 C.
