Cooking
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Bake pancakes on both sides.
As toppings I used tomato sauce and avocado. The recipe for this sauce has been posted on our website scullion Юлия111 called "avocado Mayonnaise (diet)". http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/18468/ Have all the ingredients for the sauce mix in a blender to obtain a homogeneous creamy paste.
Roll side of cake (as pictured) on three sides.
In the centre of the pancake put a tablespoon of sauce. The sauce - a ring of tomato.
Wrap one by one the corners of the pancake.
