Puff pie with potatoes and fried onions
Soft, tender, tasty and mouth-watering cakes. Perfect as a snack and are a good complement to meat and chicken broths.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    1 piece

  • Mashed potatoes

    300 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

  • Salt

  • Flour

Cooking

This dough I used. Defrost the dough at room temperature. I used 1 plate (in a pack of 2).

For the filling, slice the onion and fry it in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Mix onion and prepared mashed potatoes (I have it left from dinner).

On floured surface, roll out a layer of dough, divide the dough into rectangles as in my photo. I got 8 rectangles. On each rectangle, put the filling and roll tube.

Put ready pasties on a greased baking sheet and let it sit a little. Patties a little larger in size.

To coat the patties lightly beaten with salt egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send in preheated oven until Browning, about 15-20 minutes.
