Cabbage cut into squares or triangles (as it will), but not to make it too small the pieces should be large. Boil plenty of water, pour the cabbage for a few minutes, then drain in a colander. While the cabbage out unnecessary bitterness (if any), and rigid leaves become tender.
Carrot and radish cut into pieces like cabbage.
Mix the cabbage with radish and carrots. Add the garlic, salt, sugar, vinegar, hot pepper, chopped coriander. Heat oil in a frying pan until the appearance of the intense smell of oil and a light haze over the pan. Pour it over steamed vegetables.
Mix well. Usually make this salad for the eyes, the proportions of the vegetables is optional, but a little more cabbage, and radish and carrots equally.
