Cooking
In salted water cook the rice. I chose the rice TM Mistral Basmati quinoa mix. Cook hard-boiled eggs.
Mix the cooked rice, grated on a fine grater carrots, very small dice onion, lemon juice, tuna and cottage cheese. Cut eggs in half, take out yolk.
Farshiruem eggs, rice and tuna mixture. Sprinkle with chopped dill. Bon appetit!!!
