Salad of asparagus and trout
Original colorful salad with fuju (soy asparagus), salted red fish and juicy fruits will satisfy lovers of spicy-salty snacks.

Ingredients

  • Asparagus

    150 g

  • Trout

    150 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Dry asparagus and place in a deep container and pour hot water. Leave for 2 hours. Soaked the asparagus to drain in a colander. Peel the carrot and grate on a fine grater. Crush the garlic with a special press. Fuju cut into pieces 1,5-2 cm, mix with carrots and garlic.

Heat the oil and pour it over the asparagus. Add spices and soy sauce. Mix well. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Tomato and Bulgarian pepper cut into equal cubes. Salted trout or any other red fish (salmon, red salmon) cut into small pieces.

To connect in a deep casserole with asparagus, tomatoes, sweet pepper and trout. If there is not enough salt, salad can additionally be refilled with soy sauce.
