Description
Recently my son turned one year old. I wanted to please him with a delicious cake, which is not afraid to give the child. In the end, it turned pancake cake in the whey with cottage cheese cream. Very simple and delicious cobbler that will not take much time. I hope my recipe will be useful for mums and babies!
Cooking
Eggs, sugar, flour, butter, milk formula and whey, knead the dough for pancakes. If the dough is too liquid, add flour, too thick serum. There's a little trick - pancakes on serum softer and not as crunchy as milk, therefore, it is easily broken when turning, be careful. Formula in our case acts as an alternative to the "adult" milk, it is not dry, and in packs of 200ml. I Think it is easy to replace and the usual milk, but I do not advise to make pancakes only in the serum - they will be too soft and hard to break. Then bake some pancakes, hoping that they were the least crisp. I bake in vegetable oil with a paper towel with a small amount of oil spend in a hot pan before baking. When our pancakes are ready, take the tins of cookies and start to cut our cake. I did so - turned each pancake in four and pressed by the mold to the workpiece. It turns out four "bell" with a single pancake. Then put the mold on the plate of the birthday boy and started to fluff, gradually raising the mold-bell, layers of cheese. Since our cake for children, I it in the refrigerator not put, and left to soak on the table.
Our dessert is ready. And loved the little birthday boy. A few words I want to dedicate to the cream cheese if the child is not, then it is easy to make from kefir (2,5% and more) and froze it in the freezer and then leaving it out to thaw on the gauze. Moreover, it is better to pull the cheesecloth in the pot, because in the process of thawing formed a serum that is useful to us. If the cheese lightly whipped with powdered sugar, you get easy cheese cream. I also want to say that this cake can be done for the whole family. Then the pancakes need to dub using a split form.
