Offer you a lovely recipe which is very tender, it almost melts in your mouth. The dish is prepared from 5 to 8 hours. But it's worth it!

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Garlic

  • Pepper

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 can

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Spices

So, to start, you need to cook. To do this well it will wash, into the pot put the tongue, celery, chili pepper, couple of Bay leaves, garlic, onion. Fill with cold water. Cook on medium heat for 2 hours, no salt.
