First prepare the broth. Chicken wash and cut into pieces if he took a whole (I have hips). Then put the chicken in a pan, add the peeled onion, garlic and spices (cinnamon, Bay leaf, cardamom, pepper, salt). Bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam and cook the chicken until tender.
