Description
Pretty fast and delicious. Us this dish very much. Soft liver with sour-sweet flavored sauce. A piece of liver with a bit of sugar Apple is sweet (but it's certainly not for everybody).

Cooking
Liver rinse and dry with paper towel.
Season with salt and pepper, cover with cling film and leave for a few minutes to the liver is marinated.
Fry in hot oil (ghee + vegetable) on all sides, flip each piece 2-3 times to remove the blood (but don't overcook).
Fry first minutes on a high heat, then lower the heat to medium.
Apple cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
In the same pan and same oil, on high heat, lightly fry the Apple.
Add the brandy, reduce the heat to medium and stew the Apple until soft, not sasurova (flip slices 2 times).
Arrange the apples on the liver, pour the remaining sauce.
Serve immediately to the table.
