I bring to your attention another main Christmas meal on hot. Of course, it's meat! And not just meat, and pork in "the coat", that was quite a winter, and hence in the new year. To start, squeeze the orange juice.

Wrap the meat in foil. Bake in oven for 25 min. When the meat is ready, remove it and leave to soak in foil 10 minutes.
Add to the pan, where was roasting meat, remaining butter, heat, add 1стл. flour, fry, pour in the stock and strained marinade. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until thick. Expand the meat and add the extracted juice to the sauce. The meat was very flavorful, tasty and juicy. I'd like to say about salt. We eat little salt. so I had one that was cheese, mayonnaise and marinade, and you salt to your taste. Make sure the sauce because it was very tasty, though, and does not look presentable.
Meat cut into portions and serve with a green salad and fresh vegetables. The side dish can be served on your taste. Maybe in the new year night you would of fresh herbs.
