Eggplant
This recipe is living with us for a very long time. Never changed the proportions and ingredients, but the method is somewhat simplified by itself - no difference noticed. The author so vividly described this dish to me and there is nothing to add - it amazes esophagus dish, somewhat similar to mushrooms, but still delicious. What long rassusolivat, then enjoy it with a hot drink "cold vodka", and, along with razvarennym hot potatoes - the side dish with vegetable oil or chicken schnitzel. And it's true!! Try?

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    6 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Salt

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    150 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Bay leaf

    5 piece

  • Carnation

    4 piece

  • Allspice

    10 piece

Eggplant wash, dry.

Clean and peel and cut into plates along a width not exceeding 0.7 mm.

To pour salt on the eggplant and leave in the sun for 20 minutes.

Shake off salt and dry with a towel eggplant. On heated pan with vegetable oil fry the aubergines on both sides until yellow, not brown.

For the marinade combine all the ingredients, bring to boil and boil 3 minutes. Eggplant folded into a container, sprinkling with garlic.

Pour the hot marinade. Remove and cool overnight in the fridge.
