This recipe is living with us for a very long time. Never changed the proportions and ingredients, but the method is somewhat simplified by itself - no difference noticed. The author so vividly described this dish to me and there is nothing to add - it amazes esophagus dish, somewhat similar to mushrooms, but still delicious. Cooking
Eggplant wash, dry.
Clean and peel and cut into plates along a width not exceeding 0.7 mm.
To pour salt on the eggplant and leave in the sun for 20 minutes.
Shake off salt and dry with a towel eggplant. On heated pan with vegetable oil fry the aubergines on both sides until yellow, not brown.
For the marinade combine all the ingredients, bring to boil and boil 3 minutes. Eggplant folded into a container, sprinkling with garlic.
Pour the hot marinade. Remove and cool overnight in the fridge.
