Zucchini salad with pine nuts
Preparing for the picnic, we choose light meals, easy to make and so, then to carry and to eat conveniently. This salad is on one-two-three right in sadochke/container. Interfere with a spoon, nothing else - on the road all mixed up.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Mint

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Finely chop the mint

Take olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix together with mint and spice in the Cup

Pine nuts lightly fry in a hot pan

Cut zucchini along into thin strips and put everything in a container, cover with the sauce. Slightly shaken and put into the fridge.
