For a very long time my husband asked me to bake, but all hands did not reach. Searched the Internet, found nothing (or bad looking). And now, that there had been mixed recipe. This is my debut recipe, so do not judge strictly.

First prepare the dough. I'm not a very experienced cook, dough prepared according to GOST. Take a baking sheet (no need to grease, all well removed). Take the dough from the refrigerator and roll out to 4-6 mm (without flour) and cut circles. It would be nice to make molds muffin, but they I have silicone, so I used the regular glass. Spread on a baking sheet not too close to each other and put it into the preheated oven. Hide the dough back in the fridge. Baked very quickly, so check. As soon as the bottom begins to brown, remove and place on a flat surface to cool. And so, until the dough. I got 24 cakes and leftovers )))).
While our cakes cooled, we need to prepare the cream. I used the recipe http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/15634/ - there is all described in detail. Cream turns out too much. Therefore, I recommend to halve the portion.
The most interesting stage is the jam. It is advisable to take a thick or jam. Pour it into a saucepan, added water (50 ml) and cook on medium heat until lightly thickened (like sour cream), it took me 15 minutes. Turn off the gas.
Begin the build process. Spread half of the tortillas on a work surface (I put it on a baking sheet so as not to dirty the table) and grease hot enough jam on it (cooling it quickly thickens).
Then liberally lubricated cream. I did it with the help of culinary syringe.

Now white glaze. I just mix powdered sugar with hot water and well stirred. Decorate as desired.
