A simple and original recipe for a salad with smoked fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    80 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

On a heated pan add a little oil, break the egg and mix until you get the feathers.

Cut tomatoes into small cubes, onion - half rings. Send all into the pan under the lid, just a couple of minutes, until the tomatoes start to let the juice.

Until onions and tomatoes are cooked, finely chop fish and add to the egg.

Tomatoes, onions mixed with eggs and fish, add mayonnaise.

Mix well. If it seems that despite the fish, the salad is fresh - you can add salt.
