The Yakitori sauce is a traditional sauce for chicken dishes. The word Yakitori (literal translation - stir-fried chicken), is called the method of cooking and the dishes themselves. The meat is marinated in sauce, roasted on the coals or grill. Great to cook in the oven.

Cooking
Chicken thighs, freed from skin and bones.
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Of the ingredients for the sauce: olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce.
In boiling water (about 3 tbsp), add the starch, stir well to avoid lumps. Add all ingredients for the sauce, garlic skip through the press, mix thoroughly. Try it, if You feel that not enough salt - dosolit. Sharpness is also on Your taste. Pour cooked sauce over the chicken pieces and leave to marinate for 1 hour. If more - will not be worse!
Chicken pieces place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (if no paper - grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil). Send in preheated to 180 degrees oven and cook for 25-35 minutes (time depends on Your oven).
You can call the guests and household members to the table. The meat turns out very tender and juicy. Serve with rice or rice noodles.
