Cooking
softened margarine, mashed with a fork,add sugar,egg,mayonnaise,soda,cocoa and coconut.Mix everything with a mixer
add the flour and stir again.The dough should be soft but not stick to hands.

fill the form dough,plump
on a baking sheet and press out evenly.Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven-20 to 25 minutes.
