Rye bread with bran
Bake this bread very often, but somehow forgot to share the recipe. Corrected. :-)

Ingredients

  • Water

    420 ml

  • Flour

    275 g

  • Rye flour

    225 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Bran

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

The ingredients put in the bread machine pan in the order (see manual for CP).Set the mode for rye bread,I have "Russian chef" 3 hours 40 minutes.Crust color - medium or dark. It will be very tasty if you add cumin or coriander. This bread I baked in the rice brew([url=http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/25018/]Brew rice[/url]) .The bun is soft and not dense,it seemed that little of the flour.But it rises very well.Handsome!!!
