Vegetable casserole with chicken liver
I love casseroles, each time turns out different and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Chicken liver

    700 g

  • Broccoli

    300 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Spices

Cooking

Potatoes cut into slices and together with broccoli cook for a couple 15 min.

Onions finely cut, carrots three on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Liver well washed, let it drain, cut off all the excess, roll in flour and lightly fry in a pan in oil.

Meanwhile, prepare the potatoes and broccoli. While the liver is fried, put the vegetables in the form.

Then broccoli. And you can add few salt this layer.

While I was putting away the vegetables, the liver is fried. Spread it to form the next layer.

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and spices.

Pour the foam into shape.

The foam gradually settles, but it's not terrible. Send the form in a preheated oven at 180*C for 40 min.
