Korean-style eggplant

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Dill

Cooking

Eggplant wash, peel off the skin cut into strips. Season with salt (1-2 tbsp), stir and leave in salt for 8!!! hours.

Then squeeze the eggplant and fry in vegetable oil.

Pepper and carrots cut into strips, onion - thin half-rings, garlic squeeze through the press, greens grind.

Mix greens.

Vegetables to connect with eggplant and herbs, season with vinegar, salt and pepper and leave in the cold for 12!!! hours, the longer, the better. Bon appetit!

    Оболденный салат, только я вместо репчатого лука, добавила зелёный (т. к. не оказалось). ну очень вкусно, спасибо за рецепт
