Beans with meat from the oven
Beans is a valuable source of vegetable protein. But we love her not only for that. The beans are tasty, tender, sweet, it can be in the salad, add in soup and a second dish. Today I cooked it with the meat in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Beans

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Coriander

Soak the beans overnight, boil until almost cooked. It should be slightly hardish. Pork cut into medium-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper. Onion (1,5 pieces) cut into half rings. Tomatoes cut into cubes. I have been in their own juice. If you take fresh, peel off the skins. The meat is lightly fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Add onion, tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes.

In a half of an onion, stick the cloves and place on the bottom of the pan cut down.

Put the boiled beans.

On top put fried meat. Pour the broth (add salt, pepper, coriander powder, mustard bean powder, grated on a fine grater garlic). The broth should cover the beans.

Cover, place in oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180*-200*. Garnish with greens and Bon appetit!
