Pumpkin muffins with cinnamon
Very tasty and tender muffins, prepared simply, do not have a pronounced pumpkin flavor.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

The pumpkin slice and cook in micro until soft. Cooked pumpkin mashed with a fork.

Whisk melted butter and sugar, add the eggs one by one beat. Add the pumpkin and milk and whisk. Add the flour, sifted with salt, starch, baking powder and cinnamon and gently mix with a spatula until lumps disappear.

Pour into cups and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 25-30 min.

In this recipe don't need a mixer! If a strong beat, the muffins may not rise! But I still used the mixer, but churned without fanaticism, quite a bit.
