Cooking

step-0
For this cocktail you can use an existing (purchased) rose syrup. But I'm in local stores so found and decided to make it yourself (if you have a finished rose syrup, then it will need 40 ml plus 40 ml. of sugar syrup)
step-1
To prepare rose syrup is better to take newly sprouted buds from your rose garden, but in the absence thereof, I chose the most fragrant Bud in flower. Mercilessly gutting the lovely Bud on the components and fold the petals in a sieve/colander. Sieve set on a bowl.
step-2
Slowly poured the petals with boiling water, shake off water and put the petals into a saucepan, add a little rubs and informed stecchi water and sugar. Put on fire and keep until the sugar is dissolved (the sooner this happens the better)
step-3
Remove from the heat and leave to cool, meanwhile sorting through Basil leaves.
step-4
In a carafe, put the Basil and lime, cut into wedges, mash, pour the strained rose syrup and soda.
step-5
For flow in a glass put a few rose petals and Basil leaves, put ice and pour the cocktail. Decorate at will.
