It so happens that I bought or made the stuffing for the chicken cutlets, and it was watery. Come to the aid of... the blender! Do not judge strictly, this is my first recipe. For people like me, aspiring chefs.

So... the beef patties were watery. Urgently correct the situation. Take the bread (I like a mixture of black and white) and grind them into crumbs.
Next, in the blender sent the egg, the onion and, if desired, fresh carrots. Grind, mix, add to bread crumbs.
Add to the mix the minced meat, salt, spices. Carefully vymeshivayut.
And now you can easily form patties.
Fry patties in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on high heat. Overturn and bring to readiness on low heat.
