Fish pudding with shrimp - pastel de pescado y gambas
The dish is very popular in Catalunya, here it is called "pastel" means "cake". Because we have a cake of fish do not, I called it pudding. The dish is cooked in the oven in a water bath of fresh fish, shrimp and eggs, so it can be eaten by everyone without exception: children, elderly, elegant women and strong men.

To prepare pudding, use any white fish, I had hake.

Fry in butter with garlic, add wine, proverjaem, grind all in a mixer, atteriwem liquid - this will be the basis of the sauce.

Flour fry until Golden brown, add the paprika and quickly pour the received liquid, stir well, bring to taste.
