Description
The dish is very popular in Catalunya, here it is called "pastel" means "cake". Because we have a cake of fish do not, I called it pudding. Cooking
To prepare pudding, use any white fish, I had hake.

Flour fry until Golden brown, add the paprika and quickly pour the received liquid, stir well, bring to taste.
