Peach Petit fours
Sweet cream and crunchy shortbread base, little desserts for 2 bite, perfect for a tea party with girlfriends, treat yourselves!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Fruit puree

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

  • Gelatin

    10 g

To prepare the dough the sword all the ingredients should be COLD. Sift flour, mix with sugar and salt. Cold butter cut into small pieces-cubes. To break the egg, stir with a whisk until smooth.
