Ingredients

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Rye flour

    60 g

  • Malt

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

In hot water, add malt, stir. Add salt, sugar. Put a piece of butter. Stir and leave to cool to room temperature.

Then add the yeast and stir.

Pour cereal and rye flour. Mix well. Then add the wheat and knead the dough. To the hands it does not stick, obedient. Leave the dough in a warm place until it increases in volume by 2 times.
