Ingredients

  • Honey

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Hazelnuts

    100 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • White chocolate

    30 g

Cooking

Liquid honey, beat soft butter, sugar and add eggs. Mix the flour with soda, cinnamon, cocoa.

Combine honey mixture with flour and knead a soft dough. Add flour gradually, focusing on constituency test. The dough needs to be put in a bag or clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for a day.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm. Cut the squares - I have size 6 to 6 cm
