Butter souffle
Moderately sweet, creamy souffle. Very similar to "bird's milk". Thanks Irishmafia

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Condensed milk

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Cheese curd

    140 g

  • Thickener for cream

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

Cooking

Gelatin pour milk and leave to swell. Cream and condensed milk mix and bring to a boil, cook on low heat for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and immediately add the swollen gelatin in milk. To interfere with butter mass to dissolve the gelatin. Allow to cool to room temperature. Add cheese and beat with a mixer at high speed for 10 minutes. When I started to whip, it seemed to me that the mass is badly whipped, and I added a thickener of cream (optional ingredient)

After 10 minutes has turned soft, airy and delicious cream.

Whipped mass shift in shape, lined with cling film, and refrigerate for 2 hours, I turned two.

Get frozen souffle

Sprinkle with cocoa powder

Cut into small pieces and ate. Each piece to dip in the melted chocolate and real candy from my childhood - "bird's milk" Souffle tastes like those candy
