Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Whisk whites with a pinch of salt with a mixer.
In a bowl RUB the yolks with the sugar. Add milk, beat with a mixer.
To the yolks add 1 tbsp sifted flour, stir until smooth, without lumps.
