Description
Very delicious cake, but takes a time. Recipe taken from the Internet, according to a source - this is the classic recipe that was prepared before, not simplified, phased with hours expectations of readiness, but it's worth it:) overall, the cake is "as before".

Cooking
Start preparing for test 2: 1) melt margarine and mix with 1 Cup flour. (*your prescription is written for 250 g of margarine, I had a 200 - enough) 2) whisk sour cream with eggs and add flour, about 1.5 cups.
Second you need to divide dough into 6 parts, each roll out and spread on top of first dough. (*it is better to put "pyramid" like stacked cakes ready cake: cake-cream-cake-cream, but here the cake+cream=2E the dough, spread 1m)
Now stacked vertical stacked cakes rolled into a roll and leave it in cling film in the fridge for the night = 12 hours. (*once again, note from my cooking: didn't have time to wait, the cake is needed the same day, so it was left for 3-4 hours, in my opinion, there has been no impact on the cake).
Next take the roll and cut it into pieces according to the number of future cakes. The recipe was offered 18-20 PCs, I got 32, but very thin - in General, 20-25 parts should work. As to bake the cake immediately after rolling (don't store the same 30 layers of dough in the kitchen), in General it takes a lot of time and a half pieces of worth while to go in the fridge. So, roll out the crust and immediately bake on a dry pan (without oil). Baked it quickly, in about 1.5 minutes on each side in a very hot oven. Pieces left over from trimming the cakes bake too. For smooth round shape of the cakes, as usual, use a plate. Here and need the remaining flour for rolling out (leave 2 tbsp for cream). (*watch carefully so the cakes were not too dry, in my case it happened with about 1/3 to slightly arched and in the "Assembly" was not very comfortable).
There are very few, and the cake will be ready) With the cakes done, now on to the cream and Assembly. Prepare the cream: 2 tbsp flour with sugar, pour in the boiling milk, stir the mixture until it thickens and leave to cool. Then mix with butter.
And last: put the cake together. Coat cakes with cream. Baked leftovers from the cakes crumble them and sprinkle with the cake. Leave in the refrigerator for impregnation at night = 12 hours. (*again, I have it stood 3 hours). Napoleon is ready, Bon appetit!;)
