Ingredients for the ice cream.
Young beets thoroughly wash brush. Bake in foil.
Roasted beets cut into pieces. Put in blender with brown sugar and grind.
Now puree the beets, add the blueberries and whisk thoroughly. We need a homogenized puree. Put the prepared puree of beet and blueberry in the Cup.
In a blender, where it is churned beets and blueberries, put yolks of eggs, cream and sugar. Whisk well, but not for long - to the mix.
Pour cream and egg mixture into a saucepan and bring to the boil, carefully stirring but do not boil. Just a good brew.
Now butter-egg mixture cool. In the bowl with the beets sent to the cooled mass and dried cranberries. Mix well. Pour ice cream into a container for freezing, cover and leave in the freezer overnight or until firm. During this time, it is necessary to mix ice cream 2-3 times.
