Cooking

step-0
In a bowl, which will be kneading the dough, pouring the sifted flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, starch. Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients. Add the butter and grind the mixture into crumbs. Add two eggs and milk. Knead the dough should not stick to hands. Focus on your meal, it is different and may need slightly less or slightly more. The size of the eggs also plays a role. Should be elastic, not stick to hands dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-30 minutes alone.
step-1
While the dough "rests", prepare the filling. My tomatoes, dill. Grate cheese on a grater. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Add the cream, whisk. Mixed grated cheese and chopped dill. Mix everything. Fill ready. Roll out the dough and transfer to a form ( I have 32 cm, if you are a big, reduce all the ingredients proportionally). Formed the sides, pinned with a fork. Spread the filling - the chopped tomatoes, crumble the cheese and place between the tomatoes. On top pour the prepared cheese filling, distribute evenly around the pie. On top lay a few of the tomatoes and sprinkle with dried herbs (optional). Send the cake in the preheated oven to 180 degrees. Bake 40-45 minutes (watch your oven).
step-2
The finished cake remove from the oven, let cool for at least 45 minutes. Served to the table, Bon appetit!!!
