Cake
It is a hybrid of cakes "Medovik" and "Monastic hut". Exposing this recipe, I in any case do not want to show that I too can bake these cakes. I just wanted to try a version of the design that I've been spied on the Internet and for which I lacked one small detail.

Pour the apricots with hot water (you can add 1 tablespoon of sugar and a little wine) and leave to swell. And I will tell you how to make the dough, maybe someone knows...:))

Built design called the "steam bath", i.e. pour in a large pot of hot water, put it over a fire and placed the saucepan on top of smaller. In a small sauce pan put butter,1 Cup sugar, and honey. When the mass is homogeneous, add the lightly beaten eggs 0,5 cups of sour cream and soda.

Warmed while stirring to increase in volume in 2-3 times and pour 2 cups of flour. Stirring constantly, keep a couple until thick.

The thickened mass is poured into a bowl where it was already waiting for 3 more cups of flour and knead the dough. If necessary, gradually add more flour. But very carefully, because the warmer the dough can absorb it more than necessary. Therefore, if the dough sticks to hands, it is better to first cool and then gradually add the flour.

The finished dough divide into 3 parts.

Each of the two parts, roll out into a large cake and pinhole with a fork, bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. The dough in the oven should rise.

The third part divide into 8 pieces, roll each into a long flapjack. Laid out in a a number of soaked dried apricots, saleblue edges and bake.

Cream in remaining sour cream (about 1.5 liters) add the remaining sugar (1.5 cups). If sour cream shop, it is best not beat, just mix well to dissolve the sugar. Detachable 0.5 liters of the mixture (it will need it for decoration). On the first square cake we spread a layer of cream, then the tube, the cream and cover with second Korzh. Here I have published a small bobble. The cake is quite large and, as it turned out, I don't have the right dishes. So I divided it into two parts - a little more (five tubes) and the smaller (of three).

Well, now the main reason why I put up this recipe. For the decoration of the top is needed is such a film. It can be found by unpacking the house any purchased equipment or, for example, a chandelier or even any breakable items. The film needs a good wash, but preferably without the use of synthetic detergents, because liquid gets between the layers of film and remove it from there virtually impossible.

In 0.5 cups of hot water to thoroughly dissolve the gelatin. It cooled and while stirring pour in the pending 0.5 liters of sour cream. If the cream suddenly becomes a liquid (as it happened to me), nothing to worry about. You just have to wait until it slightly thickens and spread on top cake. Top blend the wet film with the convex side down and press it well to the cake. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.

When the upper layer is well hardens, gently remove the tape and trim the cake. Then grease the top of the apricot or any other jam, the main thing is that it be sufficiently transparent and homogeneous.

Then are entitled to make peanut bees, however, such luxuries I didn't have. In principle, therefore, you can make any cake, but I decided that the cake would be more logical.
