Cooking

step-0
Softened margarine, mix with cream cheese.
step-1
Add water to mix, immediately add cheese, grated on a fine grater, mix well.
step-2
Sift on top the flour, add the yeast. Mix well. The dough should be soft and elastic. Flour important not to overdo it, otherwise the cookies will be tough. When rolling out a little better to sprinkle the table with flour to keep it from sticking, but the flour is no longer necessary. The dough is mixed without a mixer. I stirred with a fork.
step-3
Roll the dough in a rectangular formation, with a thickness of 1-1,5 see
step-4
Then folded four times. Again roll, and again folded four times. So to repeat 6-7 times.
step-5
The last time the rolling on the dough to distribute the filling. You can take any sausage, ham, beef, chicken, and meat. I had fried chicken. Can and vegetable stuffing. Peas, corn, peppers, green beans, mushrooms and absolutely no toppings, just cheese biscuits, well, very tasty.
step-6
The dough is stuffed again fold four times, cover with foil, then a towel and leave it for 50-60 minutes.
step-7
Then roll the dough to a thickness of about 2 cm and cut no squares with sides of 2.5-3 see
step-8
Put biscuits on a baking sheet cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15-20 minutes, just until warmed oven, then brush the loose end of the egg and bake at 180 C for about 30 minutes, until Golden brown.
step-9
Ready cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet, then cool slightly on a wire rack or a napkin.
