Cabbage chopped very coarsely, you can break into pieces. Cut the bacon into strips and fry until Golden brown. Bread cut into strips and fry in the bacon grease. The cabbage add fried croutons and bacon, mix well. Prepare sauce: mix vegetable oil, mayonnaise and lemon juice to a liquid consistency. Pour into a gravy boat. Grate cheese on a fine grater, served on a separate plate. Salad to lay out on plates, then top with sauce and thickly sprinkle with the cheese!
