Vegetable casserole with shrimp and mushrooms
For this dish use any vegetables: fresh, frozen. I took colored for beauty, but the shrimp and mushrooms for greater effect, although you can do without them.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Spices

For baking I used a ring shape,but can take any. All the ingredients I had prepared beforehand: mushrooms slightly fried, carrot welded, baked pepper, onion was casserole and added spinach. Form inside smeared with butter, layered the bottom slices of mushrooms and shrimp
