Ingredients

  • Breast

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

  • Water

  • Black pepper

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Breast soak in salt water for 2 hours(if chicken breast, it is smaller, can hold 1.5 hours, if very large, it is possible to make the injection of salt water )..Water should be salty but not bitter. Lard the meat with garlic.

Honey, butter (you can take the usual), salt (a little), mustard, paprika and pepper make a paste.Coat the meat.Spread on a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to maximum temperature (250 to 300). To put the breast in 15 min. then turn off the oven and do NOT OPEN the door(as if you didn't want that :))) ) to cool down the oven , at least 2 hours. Ideally to be done in the evening and open only in the morning. Well, that's all !!!
