Cottage cheese pumpkin pudding
Very gentle, slightly moist structure and beautiful color, plus a wonderful flavor!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

Cooking time is given without the baking time. Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces. Cover with water and boil until soft.

Drain, allow to cool and using a blender to blend the pumpkin.

In the curd add sugar, salt, softened butter, lemon zest and eggs. Carefully grind.

To combine cheesecake and pumpkin pulp.

Add the semolina mixed with flour and soda. Knead a soft dough. The consistency is obtained as pancakes, or a little thicker.

Put the dough in a greased form and bake at 180 g for about an hour until Golden brown. Pudding well raised.

After baking, allow to cool and release from molds. He's a bit settled, as it should be. Serve with cherry jelly, very tasty!
