Cooking
1) first put the gelatine in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes.
2) In a saucepan pour in the cream, sugar powder, vanillin. Put on the heat but do not boil..
3) dobavlen Swollen gelatin in the hot cream. Stir until dissolved gelatin. remove from the heat.
4) Pour into molds, allow to cool and put in fridge for 4 hours. before you put Panna cotta on a plate, dip the mold for a second in hot water, then your Panna cotta will turn over easily and will be perfect... But really on account of jewelry, you decide - I had raspberry, also perfect, strawberry, chocolate, caramel..
