Chocolate truffles
These are the most candy in the world! Be sure to try.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    80 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    40 g

Chocolate melt in a water bath.

In cream add the powdered sugar, heat but do not boil.

Mix the melted chocolate with hot cream, mix thoroughly. Put the mass into the fridge for 1-1.5 hours.

From the cooled mass ( it should become like clay ) to sculpt the balls, the balls put in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then roll them in the cocoa. Bon appetit!
