Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cocoa condensed

    1 can

  • Leavening agent

    11 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

Cooking

Beat eggs with condensed cocoa. If not, take the usual condensed milk and 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Add soft butter and whisk.

Add the baking powder and flour and whisk. Put the dough in molds and send in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked. Focus on dry match.

On low heat put the saucepan with 50 gr of butter, pour soy sauce Kikkoman sweet and broken chocolate bar with nuts. With constant stirring to bring the ganache until smooth.

The finished cupcakes put the chocolate ganache and allow to cool.
