Cake Emma
Stunning walnut-chocolate cake almost without flour. Unusual (at least for me) cream. The recipe is from the book "Wonder dough"

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Nuts

    2 cup

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Liqueur

    50 ml

Cooking

Egg yolks mixed with sugar (150 g) to obtain a fluffy foam. Add ground nuts (0.5 cups), grated chocolate, flour.

Separately whisk the whites in a solid foam.

Add the whites into the batter, gently stir. Bake at 180 deg. in a greased form (I have put the paper for baking, thanks and get out of the finished cake very easy).

For the cream mix finely ground walnuts with sugar and vanilla sugar, pour the hot milk and cooled.

With a mixer, beat the butter on slow speed, gradually add the walnut mass, then beat everything on high speed to get a light, airy cream.

Korzh cut into 2 – 3 pieces, impregnated with a mixture of liqueur (or syrup) and water, taken in equal quantities. And put in a standard order: cake – cream – cake – cream. On top I sprinkled chopped chocolate.

It is best to put the cake overnight for impregnation. Bon appetit!
