Bruschetta with roast beef and a fried egg
A rich and beautiful appetizer! Tender piece of roast beef with fried quail eggs - all on a crispy baguette slices. The perfect solution for receptions, just for the festive table!

Ingredients

  • Baguette

    4 piece

  • Beef

    4 slice

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Quail egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Beef cut into thin slices.

To beat.

Pour soy sauce and let stand for 20 minutes. I use naturally brewed soy sauce TM Cccamp.

While the meat is marinating, cut the baguette. The pieces need to be smooth, so that when You put raw egg yolk are not pushed.

Dry in the oven or pan.

The meat is fried with oil 1 minute on each side.

On slices of baguette spread the slices of meat.

Break each quail egg.

And neatly put in a preheated 190 degree oven for 15 minutes. Eggs should be set but the yolk should be watery.
