Salad with canned tuna
Very tasty salad - fresh, light, with spicy notes. Perfect for the holiday table, I recommend!

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    0.5 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Capers

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

Cooking

Iceberg wash, dry, then chop or tear into small pieces.

Red sweet onions, cut into small cubes and add to the salad.

To put it in a Cup of pieces of canned tuna.

Add fresh and pickled cucumber, chopped into cubes. The ratio should be approximately 1:1.

Parsley wash, dry, finely chop and add to salad.

In a Cup pour in the olive oil, add salt, pepper, sugar and chopped capers. Stir.

Add the dressing to the salad.

Thoroughly but gently mix.

Serve the salad better. If you want to cook it in advance, do not put the salad leaves, add them before serving.
