Chicken with orange and rosemary
Great, tasty, easy to prepare dish that immediately solves the problem of meals you will have and the garnish, and chicken. The components are so perfect for each other, the flavors of each ingredient amazingly intertwined that just no words to convey them verbally)

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Onions cut into slices. Fry in vegetable oil onion along with the thighs, sprinkle with 1 tsp salt until Golden state on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Put in a bowl of roasted thigh, leaving the onions to stew.

Potatoes cut into cubes.

In a bowl mix the juice of 1 orange, flour and a glass of water, stir thoroughly until lumps disappear.

Add the potatoes to the onions, mix with orange juice, 1/4 tsp salt and, stirring, bring to a boil over high heat. Then diminish the fire and stew for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are almost ready. Again spread thighs, sprinkle with rosemary and leave to stew until cooked chicken, stirring a couple of times. Spread on plates and served to the table. Bon appetit!!!!
